Cameron Ride - First Day (18Feb)

5.00am Woke up about 5am for today's trip to Cameron Highland via Simpang Pulai where we "planned" to do a road ride until Brinchang. Ishar was on his way to my house while I was packing my stuffs. Got an SMS from Yusri cancelling his trip due to his daughter not feeling very well. So off we go, only me and Ishar to our meeting point i.e. Tapah R&R to meet Techno & the rest.

7.00am We reached R&R Tapah. Technoman and gang were facing some problems with the car arrangement due to the supplies that they were bringging plus the bikes parts in the car. We decided to wait them at the R&R instead of start riding from Simpang Pulai.

8.35am Technoman and gang reached the Tapah R&R. We had some breakfast and not forgetting the photo session as well.



9.30am We left Tapah and head on to Kg Raja where we decided to start the road ride.

11.30am Reached Kg Raja and start preparation to ride. I decided to ride my Look road bike since I've already brought them with me. At first I was suppose to ride with Yusri who at last minute cancelled the journey due to his daughther illness.


12.03am Start riding from Kg. Raja to Brinchang valley. Climb all the way ha ha ha....kayuh jangan tak kayuh.... Since we started at the mountain, we had no chance of warming up before the climb. I was having quite a difficulty tackling the climb at first because my heart rate suddenly rise up till about 180 bpm. I just relax a bit during the climb and try not to push too much. I only managed to pedals at only about 10km/h...
